The NHS Herefordshire website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server.

We do not use cookies for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of our web server.

We do use software that stores session cookies. A session cookie only lasts for the duration of users using the website. It will expire if a user closes his/her browser, or if a user hasn't visited the server for certain period of time (called session idle timeout, in which case, the server will expire/invalidate the user session). All session cookies listed below are storing basic information for session identification only.

This system will record your email address and other information if volunteered to us by you. This shall be treated as proprietary and confidential. It may be used for internal review and to notify you about updates to this website.
