Registering with a GP
For information on how to register as a patient with a GP surgery in Herefordshire, please telephone the Primary Care Trust's Primary Care Team on 01432 363972.
You can also visit the GP Access Centre located at the ASDA Building in Hereford. The Centre is open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. You can see a GP or nurse without an appointment, whilst still remaining registered with your own GP. Contact the centre on 0330 123 9309.
