Mental health services

On 1 April 2011, 2gether NHS Foundation Trust started to provide mental health, substance misuse and learning disability services within Herefordshire.

Foundation Trust for Herefordshire

Your new Trust in Herefordshire is called 2gether NHS Foundation Trust. 

As a Foundation Trust, 2gether are also a public benefit corporation where local people have a say in their local NHS. To help influence service, please read more about becoming a member of the Trust.

In consultation with Herefordshire's Mental Health Reference Group, 2gether are commissioned by NHS Herefordshire and Herefordshire County Council to deliver a new model of care.

Over the next 12 months 2gether will start to implement the new model. Continuity of service is very important to the Trust and they will keep you fully informed of any changes.

Current Service Users

If you use services in Herefordshire, the staff involved in your care will continue to support you.  This will be at the same location that you currently access services. If you have any questions about your care, please speak with your mental health worker.
