NHS Herefordshire aims to provide the best possible facilities, equipment and environment for its patients, staff and visitors. The NHS receives government funding for healthcare, but there is always more that we can do to improve things, and the donations we receive from generous individuals and organisations can help us to provide those "extras" that our baseline funding cannot stretch to. We are always extremely grateful for any gifts and donations received.
Alternatively, donations can be sent in the post. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to "Herefordshire Community and Primary Care General Charity" and sent to the address shown opposite.
If you are a UK taxpayer, under the Government's Gift Scheme we can claim an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue for every £1 you donate. This means that your donation can increase in value by nearly a third at no extra cost to you.
It's really simple to do - just complete the form and include it with your donation. The form can be downloaded from this page (see opposite).
The arrangements for legacies and bequests are slightly more complicated. Please contact a member of our finance team (below) should you wish to discuss your requirements in more detail.
If you have any questions, or if you would like to discuss any aspect of making a donation, please contact a member of our finance team below:
