Tenders, contracts and procurement

This section of the site is used to advertise any new tenders and contracts as they are made available. These pages are aimed at health professionals and suppliers of health services. Members of the public are welcome to use these pages, but should be aware that they are not written with them in mind.

Herefordshire public services purchases a varied range of services including:

• health and social care from public, private and third sector organisations
• IT systems, hardware, software and telecoms services 
• office services and equipment
• general supplies and services
• contract staffing and consultancy services

We aim to tender for and procure services in an open, transparent way that delivers value for money and supports our objectives. Relevant documents (for example, standing orders and standing financial instructions) are available in the publications section of this site.  

Current Tenders / Contracts

• NHS Herefordshire Wheelchair Repair & Maintenance Tender
  Tenders are sought for the new potentially 5 year contract for Wheelchair Repair & Maintenance.  Key details are contained in the attached Memorandum of Information including how to access the tender documentation.  The tender return date is 1700 on 29 December 2011.
