Our performance

NHS Herefordshire is committed to proactively measuring its performance against agreed national and local priorities on a continual basis. It does this through the following activities:

• Publishing an annual report, detailing activities and financial performance for the previous year
• Publishing an annual public health report containing details of the health of the communities we serve 
• Including regular progress reports in our Trust Board papers.
• The trust's performance team regularly reports on progress against priorities
